Are the utilities included in the condo fee?

You will be responsible for your own electric bill and gas bill. Gas-fired forced air heat, hot water, air conditioning as well as lights and outlets are all on the electric meter for your unit. Estimates for an electric bill range between $80 per month for the smaller units and $150 for the larger units. This estimate is based on an annualized basis. The frequency and level of heat and air conditioning you use will also alter this range.

Can I make changes to my unit once I own it?

Yes. There is language regarding the process of making improvements in the condo documents.

Has sound transmission between units been thought of?.

The walls separating each loft are two-walls thick. Moreover, they are thoroughly insulated. These precautions should be enough to minimize sound transmission.

Can I have my unit improved/altered before purchasing it?

Yes. All units are being delivered in new condition. If, however, prior to purchase and occupancy you would like additional improvements, this can be arranged for a fee.

Can I have a pet in my home?

Yes. Specific stipulations regarding owning a pet are in the condo documents, however, the basic rule of thumb is that cats are allowed and dogs under 50 lbs. are.

Can I purchase a parking space?

One parking space will be included with each purchase. Additional spaces may be rented to the owners of the units on a monthly basis of $50 per month.

What are the current condo fees?

Condo fees range from $230 per month to $280 per month.
